Our Team

Born and raised in Detriot, Dr. Biggs moved to Maryland to attend the University of Maryland Dental School. She completed a St. Mary's General Practice Residency before pursuing Pediatric Dentistry at New York University. Dr. Bigg's philosophy is centered on preventative care; it is her sincere wish that the children she treats will practice preventative strategies on their journey to a perfect smile. Dr. Biggs is a faculty member at Children's National Medical Center.

Dr. Zhao is originally from Brooklyn, New York. She is a board-certified Pediatric Dentist and completed her doctoral training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She graduated summa cum laude with clinical honors in the care for the medically complex and community health. She went on to complete her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia University- New York Presbyterian, ranked one of the best hospitals in the nation. Dr. Zhao believes it is an immense privilege to care for a child and takes pride in providing the highest quality care to children and adolescents in a fun and compassionate environment. In her free time, Dr. Zhao enjoys volunteering, personal fitness, and trying new restaurants.

A Baltimore native, Dr. Sheer has been practicing Orthodontics for over 20 years. He received his specialty training at Columbia University. Dr. Sheer's DDS was received from the University of Maryland Dental School. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the American Dental Association. He is currently the Program Director for Health Volunteers Overseas in Cambodia.

Dr. Steven Zinn, originally from Long Island, New York, is a dedicated orthodontic specialist committed to delivering exceptional patient care and creating confident, healthy smiles. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society and received an Associate Level Teaching Certification in Dental Education.

He went on to complete his orthodontic residency and earn a Master of Science degree at the University of Maryland. During his time there, he was honored with the Edgar and Betty Sweren Award in Orthodontic Excellence, recognizing his outstanding clinical performance and commitment to the field.

Dr. Zinn is known for his compassionate care and personalized approach. He strives to make every patient feel supported and informed while working toward a healthy, confident smile.

Outside of the office, Dr. Zinn enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. His personal interests include paddle boarding, playing guitar, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
